Any news out today?

Any news out today?Rather large move this morning (~5% down).  Any news out, or just shorts re-initiating positions?

(I would speculate the last 2 weeks of price action was shorts covering, although note Jan 2 short interest was still 1.98 million shares, largely unchanged from December)
