RE:RE:Euphoric investing and trading

RE:RE:Euphoric investing and trading
Right,  from nothing 9 months ago to a 93 cents a share company because of a planned merged with an established player, CMED to now $3 based on what?

I would guess that the already locked up 227M shares voting for the merger with CMED won't get too rattled by the short term spike because the offer is fixed at the corresponding CMED shares.  What we are seeing here is pure dot com euphoria and that, at this magnitude, normally get corrected fast.

CMED holders will vote yes to the agreed deal, it might have been a hard sell when HIP was selling at 50 cents but it has shown that investors are ready to jump on board although the "paint the tape"/"wash trading" factor really needs to be factorered in.

The key here to this friendly merger is that both sides agreed and have formulated a plan they both encourage shareholders to support.

If HIP holders vote NO to the merger with CMED, the HIP stock price tanks.
If the HIP holders vote YES, the HIP share prices goes:
 A. To 93 cents if the CMED stays at its depressed, ACB hostile take over capped offer
 B. Stays at $3 but the CMED catches up to it in valuation to support that.
 C. Meets somewhere half way.

I'm trying to do research on a situation like this but this is a first for me.  Many of the high flying dot com stocks no longer exists and archives are difficult to mine for information.
