Is there a Webcast of the investor conference?

The CEO of Newstrike and CEO of Cannimed will be announcing the new structure of the company which looks like this:

And I'm sure they won't say pretty thinks about the hostile bidder. It looks like the HIP+CMED deal was in the works for months. Interesting how ACB tried to scoop CMED but they might have been too late?

I'm long both and I would actually short sell HIP has a hedging strategy at $3 because the valuations are in the stratosphere. Incredible CMED isn't trading close to $100 on those types of valuations.
