RE:FMLDaniel, based on today's presentation, my bet is the HIP acquisition will likely go through.  Which means your $3 HIP shares would be worth closer to $0.89 if somehow CMED is able to hold its VWAP at $27.  I know, makes no sense to vote NO, but my gut tells me the folks who want this acquisition also happen to hold the majority of shares.

For a company that's got zero sales (and none on the horizon).... HIP had no business being worth $3 ($1.1B market cap - think about that).

In the short-term....I expect this to tank to $1, if not less....if you want to play the long game, all the power to ya, but you're gonna be holding it really long.  And you won't be a HIP shareholder lol....you'll be CMED.
