The Fund invests in a portfolio of equity securities of large capitalization North American oil and gas issuers, primarily focused on those with significant exposure to oil. What's holding this back? I mean just a few days ago the NAV was $6.12 and oil has risen since then yet the NAV has dropped.
Are the stocks in their porfolio not rising with the price of oil?
