RE:CMED CEO going personalthis has already been dealt with by iiroc this lawsuit is bullshit. CEO of cannimed really screwed up know they file a lawsuit against him for if the takeover does not get done. the shareholders of both cannimed and acb can file lawsuits against him for damaging the stock price. Brent zettl could face financial destruction and jail time.
