This is how stupid brent zettl is..By filing this lawsuit he is open to two lawsuits. If the price of acb or cmed drops on monday he can be sued for that. If the takeover bid does not go thro he can know be sued for that as well. Cannimed stock will be worthless if takeover bid fails. Good one zettl way to protect your shareholders.
