For what it's worth he didn't give me much information at all. He said he is meeting the ceo next week for a few days after which he will have more informations for me and answers to simple questions regarding the company and it's balance sheet. I was looking for financial informations and wanted to get additional information on the product. He did however almost right out of the gate state that yes he sold shares, and sold them for personal reasons. He then explained he did not have a big role with the company as he considers himself "an investor and finance guy" his words. So he said he sought out investors for the company.
He was a shareholder of chartwell and that's how he knows the ceo of deepmarkit.
As far as price action he said he sold and then laughed saying he sold to early because it went passed .12 and then he said I think this will even go to .20 next week. It doesn't mean it will at all.
I am simply sharing info with the guys here, don't really know what your agenda is. For what its worth I initiated contact with the company via email that can be found on the deepmarkit site, I left my number becuase I know these guys don't always like to put things in writing but be my guest and do the same, he will most likely call you back too.
