RE:PermitsChalcoGeo: I think most people on the board here are aware that the permits were not for operation on Federal unpatented land, but rather to build the infrastructure necessary to operate on the patented private land. Operation on the patented land surface can take place regardless of Federal Permits. The main reason why AZ needs the Federal permits is to allow for exploratory drilling and get a better understanding of the deposit. If they were going to put infrastructure on Federal land, than more permits would be needed, but that is not the case. You are unconvinced about the time lines given because no other US site has received them in a timely fashion. Well, we are not in the same predicament as Rosemont or Resolution because of the infrastructure being all on patented land. I suggest you read up on a recent Executive Order and the full history of the Critical Minerals Bill or read past posts on this board. The presentation even says it will pursue Federal permits once in operation. There is no rush, if management was worried about the length of time, they have started the Federal permitting process already. They haven't because it a non issue for 8 years as it sits right now and will need only a lead time of 30 months or less on the Federal land in the future for permits.
