6 year old Presentation

6 year old PresentationThat I'd never seen.  It seems like the company has been reticent to make 'forward looking statements'.  It's certainly Not the case in this one.

It's the Subscriber Investment Conference fromm the fall of 2011.
George Young, LIO's president at the time. favorably compares Tuvatu and the surrounding  tenements with the 11 million oz historic Vatakoula deposit, saying LION's could be as good or better. (at the time, excluding the rest of Navilawa, of course.)

"Vatakoula began in the 30's mining a smaller deposit of 257,000 ounces and since then has mined a series of high grade, low tonnage, epithermal deposits from 200,000 to 600,000 ounces each."  (and that large new investment announced last month shows they're still confident and getting after it)

He goes on to say,  "LION starts out with the Tuvatu Resource area, but we have ten high grade epithermal veins coming to surface in ten locations surrounding it in a 4x5 km area.  He says,  "so far it sounds a lot like Vatakoula, and that we could have 10 million oz + in epithermal veins alone.  Then he goes on to talk about the significant copper-gold porphry potential and of the monzonite stockwork intrusives in the original tenements.
It's funny that the market cap back then is about what it is now 6 years later---after further great drill results, the permitting announcement, the PEA, the HT corridor possibilities,  the granting of exploration rights to the rest of the caldera area, plus the beginning of mine construction.
The MC won't stay this crazy low for much longer.

Being a possible big bro to Vatakoula is forward looking indeed, but what the hey? Could be.

Tuvatu-Vatakoula is a Sleeping Giant...just gettin woke.
