How does dilution actually work? The way i'm understanding it is, I'll just own a smaller piece of the company, but my number of shares will remain the same, right?
With a debt to ebidta ratio in XS of 11 I am sure Oberman has a tonne of options. ;-)

No doubt this company has the ability to make highly profitable generic drugs - and when the capital structure is realigned - it will be investable. Until then it is nothing more than a speculative flutter.
