To say the CEO doesn't care about stock price is ludicrous.  Perhaps he is distracted and focused on building a world-class facility, installing world-class processes, growing world-class product or what have you, or maybe he is ok with the stock price remaining lower for now, for some inexplicable reason. 
I feel the SP is being 'managed', one way or another.  There is no other explanation for it being the only stock to not move during the past quarter.  FIRE is listed as between the 2nd and 4th largest grower in Canada and are already reknowned for their quality.  I mean, deaf, dumb and blind investors would buy into FIRE almost by accident.  Do a little DD and you'd come running with your cash in hand.  So how does the stock price stay down?  Keep the news to a minimum and squash any uptick faster than it can get started.  WHY keep the SP down?  Well, you f*cking got me there!?  :)
