I don't think you are wrong at all. Most penny stocks dont get on big venture's radar as they are too volatile. TSX promotion is key. I know the founder of Aurora cannabis. And, while I already sold my shares in ACB I knew that that was the catalyst for them receiving major interest from big players.

Foundational pieces are key to building towards the TSX venture and getting recognised by large institutioanl investors
