Good morning everyone. My apologies for not speaking up until now. I wanted to wait until I had all of the necessary information before I chimed in regarding the insider selling.

Shareholders of MARI have every right to be angered by the recent filing. This caught me and the management team off guard as well. As it stands now, I do not have all the information required for me to give an accurate depiction of how these events unfolded. What I can say is that discussions are being held internally on how to best handle this situation. As more information becomes available to me, I will pass it along in a timely manner.

I thank you for your continued support and I am very appreciative of this Page as it is a great way to communicate with a large number of shareholders.
