Looks like February is going to be a news driven month, great news.

"I am excited about joining the Great Lakes team and believe that my financial background is directly relevant to the Company’s current needs and that having a New York City presence will provide improved visibility and access to key constituencies for both business development and investment related activities."

The new COO is well connected financially and in the state of New York.  Looks like their next big contracts are going to be in that state with a huge focus batteries.  Governor Cuomo has a massive investment in green technology and if he can facilitate that it would be great for GLK.  Good start for the month.
