I also think they will just give all shareholders the same deal.  It would be too much work otherwise.  

I think it goes back to my first post.  acb below 12.65 max cash option is best.  acb over 12.65 all shares is best.   

is the.  3.4x or. 2.9493x+5.70 equaton. where x is acb share price. they equal at x is 12.65

I think I get no vote because I just started getting in about 2 weeks ago so I take whatever the deal is.

regardless stayingcash. I still think cmed is a cheap way to get into acb.  acb will be the new number 1, it will be worth it
