Horizons caught offside by short selling ban.

Horizons caught offside by short selling ban."without prejudice"

Horizons beta pro got caught offside as the Vix spiked and  they had sold too much stock into the market. They had no underlying derivatives to protect them. The way they offset the loss was to halt the HVI .It was to open at $10 so they put the halt back in until they could cover their short position at $2. The vix spike after hours had no effect on them as they have no exposure other than the offsetting HVU, which they had oversold. Horizons is failing to return calls and is not issuing any news releases. The HVI Nav posted for Mon night was $13.40. These fraudsters need to be held accountable. This is most  likely true of all their funds.
