While sime people are getting scared and selling,  a lot of this is due to ETF's, various other
equity funds and leveraged accounts being held by even more funds and high net individuals.
There was a lot of talk after the 08-09 crash about the massive offside positons in the derivative markets.  Has anything changed since then?  I would guess the problem is even larger than then
so that being said,  its time to start putting some money to work and utilitties,  pipelines etc 
pay good dividends and have solid underlying businesses.   I did that in 08 with telecoms and 
a few banks and just waited.  Here we go again but I've got more capital to work with this time 
and since I retired,  I want to take advantage of the nice dividends and sit back and wait for the
capital gains.    This is another great opportunity that the markets in their madness are delivering
to us if you have some cash and are willing to wait.
