RE:Is PD on th lease for the 1 st of 4 wells ?They applied for permits on January 16th and said a minimum of 15 days to get approval. Almost a month has gone by and no news on moving the rig. Wonder why they didn’t apply sooner? Wonder why they didn’t drill when the price of oil was still over $60. They still need to build the roads and leases after they get approval. Drilling this year? Maybe they’ll wait until next year. They should have permits by now and be working but as usual they are doing nothing.
