Oct 23/17 the COO left
Oct 26/17 Devin resigned from the BOD
 
Noteworthy ... Landry got the CEO job but didn’t get a seat on the BOD even though there is a vacancy. A CEO without a board seat is rather unusual.
 
BTW, all of these changes took place after RBC’s $20 Mil revolver was put in place ...

PS: I currently don’t have a position in BUS but have watched and owned it off and on for quite some time.




An interesting observation re: the opening on the BOD. That Landry, the CEO, did not get the seat would suggest the company has another person in mind for that position. Perhaps someone with ties to the US initiative.
