Offer Letter from Aurora Question

I got an email from Aurora offering share, cash and alternative options. For cash it says $43 for each stock. Is that a fixed price that they are willing to pay until deadline? Does it mean I can buy more CMMDF and they will offer me the same price, despite the movements of the stock price? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you, oh my teachers all of you.
