The owners got cheap shares AND warrants in the last PP.

Feb. 2, 2018: 4.5 million shares at 27 cents and 4.5 million warrants exercisable at 36 cents for one year.

The warrants in the previous PP are now only exercisable if the SP gets up to $1.
