BioAmber's value

BioAmber's valueWith 84 million shares, the market cap is as low as approximately 6 million.   How is it even possible this company with all it's assets is only worth 6 million?    Does anyone remember the company IONA?  It was a canadian oil company but with off shore rigs in ocean by Britian.  Because of the price of oil collapsing, they struggled to make money, and share price kept going down.  They too had massive drops in share price, and price dropped to 1 cent. If you can imagine.  But since they had 6 times as many shares or approximately 500 million shares, the market cap went as low as 5 million dollars.  Yet they had all these assets.   But people assumed it was going to zero.  And extreme panic drove it to 1 cent.  One day had 25 million shares sold in 1 day.  HIt 1 cent.  But 1 month later, it was 8 cents.  I'm not saying this guarantees BioAmber will have the same outcome.  But it is interesting that human nature is the same.  Extreme panic is contributing to the low price.  And sellers are scared to death to touch it UNLESS price is so cheap that the risk is worth it.  But I cannot see HOW this company isn't worth at least 18 million for everything?  With all  thier assets , buildings, technology, product....?   So won't the share price triple in the next few weeks?   Any thoughts here?
