RE:RE:No bidding wars for CMED nonesense

RE:RE:No bidding wars for CMED nonesenseMA:  Love to read all of your posts as I think your postsings are always very intelligent and well thought out  with a lot to offer.

I certainly hope you are right about the differential swinging the other way since I am now holding CMED waiting for the conversion into ACB.  Unfortunately, the only way I see this scenario taking place is if there is going to be another competing bid for CMED.

And if there is indeed a competing bid, I don't see it coming from APH since they just spent over a billion dollars on their acquisition of Broken Coast and NUU.  Any idea if the NUU acquisition for $826M is basically another all-share deal much like the Broken Coast one which was only 10% cash?

If NUU went for some ridiculous figure like $826M, then wouldn't CMED be worth a ton more than that since they just have so much more solid assets in comparison to NUU?

From all indications, the differential on CMED share value to ACB's 3.4x share value will not only turn in CMED's favor this coming week, it will likely surpass it as players drive it to its "implied value" of $43 per share.
