I certainly hope you are right about the differential swinging the other way since I am now holding CMED waiting for the conversion into ACB. Unfortunately, the only way I see this scenario taking place is if there is going to be another competing bid for CMED.
And if there is indeed a competing bid, I don't see it coming from APH since they just spent over a billion dollars on their acquisition of Broken Coast and NUU. Any idea if the NUU acquisition for $826M is basically another all-share deal much like the Broken Coast one which was only 10% cash?
If NUU went for some ridiculous figure like $826M, then wouldn't CMED be worth a ton more than that since they just have so much more solid assets in comparison to NUU?
