Company will be seeking a Canadian Listing " the company may seek alternative Canadian marketplaces on which to be listed, including the TSX Venture Exchange."

As far as your shares in the TFSA, if they become a non qualified security you can have your broker transfer them to a non registgered account at fair market value or you could have your broker sell them OTC before they  become a non qualified investment.
