There's no need to tender until March 7th. Call your broker, it's March 9th minus two days normally.  I say "make them sweat!!!!"  I would bet that professional private hedge funds like MMAM are waiting until the last minute to:

1. See where the ACB share prices go.  If they go and settle at $14, it makes the cash option less attractive.
2. If they haven't received the additional 18% shares, they will increase the offer to get the guys like me to  surrender!  Man!  I wanted $50+ and we're not even getting $43!!!   I told you guys I didn't trust this revised offer!
