RE: News - Partner may construct a Production Facility.How many times does this make it that somebody was going to build a pilot plant or a production facility or a bulk sample to ship to some unheard of partner or a program to strip an exploration zone and on and on . This amazing stuff that can go on the fields as is . All you have to do is dig it up and ship it . BUT NOBODY EVER DOES !
