Perhaps Someone Can Help

Perhaps Someone Can HelpSo I'm trying to understand why 124,000 shares were bought today (I understand why anyone sold). Some may have been to short covering but certainly not all. You really didn't need a crystal ball to see where this was going. My only explanation is that retail buyers have been jumping on DF with  no idea of what they are doing and a lot are going to be very surprized at 9:30 tomorrow morning. But I'd like to know if I am way off on this.
