RE:RE:RE:RE:MartialArt are you ok ?

RE:RE:RE:RE:MartialArt are you ok ?I think we have "waiver of conditions" in the all-cash election.  I'm not tendering my shares since the "take up date" is not clearly defined and can be accelerated by Aurora.  That's stated in numerous places.  In addition, once they are tendered, you can't trade them since you have "offered" them.  Yes, you can withdraw but TD told me that "they have to send it to the back office and it's not guaranteed".  So beware, this is not trivial.

What has your brokerage told you in terms of selling shares if they are tendered?  You have to withdraw and get confirmation first right?

If you tender your shares, be aware than you aren't "locked up" but you might end up fighting some legal battles if your interpretation is different than what is stated in the very, very complex documents.  Do we really want to fight a legal battle?

In addition, when you tender, you are in limbo for two weeks.  That's a very long time here considering the volatility!
