We communicated via messenging and I warned you about selling sales on tendered shares which you were not aware of at the time. You were planning sell your tendered shares over the market if the price of CMED went up.  I asked you to check with your broker since I've contacted two so far so I am very aware what the tendering/untendering/selling implications are. And I would venture to say that most people are like you were, uninformed. And given the side of your investment, in the six figures, that could be a harsh 5 figure mistake.

But then you post on the bullboard this morning apparently trying to info me, and pro?, of recent facts which I guided you on.  Are you mocking me?  Calling yourself a rookie in private but appearing to inform me in public with information I guided you on?

Your response on messenging is also very odd, saying someone on the "Face Book ACB Forum, Dave Ziesman" is the one that told you these facts? To be honest, I don't really care what "Dave" says, he's not connected to ACB or CMED at all, probably some random non-professional investor trying to understand the environment like the rest of us.  Ask your broker or the companies and ask for the reference page.

I hate to sound a little irritated here but I take abuse from a lot of people on these forums but I also have great conversations with a lot of good people.  But I won't tolerate being lectured back with information I provided by someone  who apparently wants to pass off information as their own.

I also tolerate some level of mocking but it has to be obvious to everyone. Otherwise, it's a lack of respect which I do not tolerate from anyone.

I asked you to find out what the "take over date" was given that it can be accelerated.  Please don't ask some random person on social media.  Call your broker and both of the companies and we can work with credible, verifiable facts.   Social media is littered with people who think they know what they are doing but who are hurting themselves and others with fake facts.
