Not sure how these internal crosses would indicate an imminent buyout. More that there was an individual/fund who wanted out and, in order to remove a possible/existing overhang on the market, an internal buyer was found, with both sides agreeing $1.80 was acceptable.

I get the same vibe, both from the company and the market. The US side is is the critical factor and it has undoubtedly not proceeded as forecast. Until such time as there is a definitive indication that headway has been made into that market, I suspect the share price will continue to struggle.

I view this pop as an opportunity to sell into some strength.
