RE:ALLIANCEvaljan1: 58 million outstanding....16 million reserved for issue...plus additional to make up for SP differential for Quebec property. You are correct though...low share balance compared to others. Management has to step up and prove to investors they are capable of properly running this company. Plenty of upside if they do things correctly.
