If you tender, you can't sell
Two very important factors you want to keep in mind:

1. Once you tender, you can't sell over the market since you have committed your shares to Aurora as part of the tender process. Unless you try to untender them, which is not certain and might leave you in "limbo", if you want to decide before tendering if you want to lock up before the "take up date" set at March 9th

2. The "take-up" date was cleverly set as totally flexible by Aurora.  Yes, they said March 9th but they do stipulate they can accelerate or extend it.

As I mentioned, this is not an easy decision.  I'm on the fence on this one.
