All we need here is 1 good hole to get started if we can get another hole even close to what  the discovery hole found years ago ( and yes I consider that hole a discovery hole) any where else on the property we will have a winner. All other cosiderations for a successful property is not a issue in NL. The people are minning friendly, the government want the business, and the experience is there. WIN, WIN situation on a good hole. 
 Not sure of the winter snow covering right now in NL. The less snow the better, freeze up with no snow would be good also. bring on the truth rods....
