An Open Question to Management

An Open Question to Management
"Strategic Review" announcement by a public company is euphemistic or code name for considering all options including the sale of the company.

That means Coro Mining and/or Greenstone LP may be conducting a strategic review and considering its options, including potentially a sale, in order to address the company’s funding requirements.

This also goes to why Coro Mining had agreed to the two loans totalling USD$8.0 million from Greenstone LP instead of issuing in excess of 100 million new shares so they would not be construed as "poison pills" by any suitor or offeree company.

Since the ball has now been put into play, the question to Mangement is: Are you or have you recently been in talks, or from which an approach has been received.by an offeree to take over the Company?
