RE:Management messed up

RE:Management messed upRunning a public company is a fine balance between managing a company and managing shareholders / their expectations.

UAV is not very good at the running a public company part as they just dropped a bombshell of unexpected expenses into Q4 without even trying to explain them.

Many promising nano caps out there with growing sales but to get attention, a nano cap needs to show more than sales. It needs to disclose a path to profitability.

Q3 seemed to show this path but Q4 completely obliterated it with hundreds of thousands of expense dollars coming out of no man’s land.

Nano / micro cap investors don’t have a problem with start-up costs and early losses BUT they hate being taken by surprise and Q4 was one heck of an ugly surprise on the expense side.
