Well, I gave them a call at TD and after a long 15 to 20-minute musical hold, the girl went and put me on another 5-minute hold while she went to search out the answer. Go figure that as I am sure I cannot be the first person to call and ask them this question. Grrrr....

Well, she came back on in the end and very nicely informed me that the deadline to call in was 11:59 AM Thursday March 8th Toronto time or just prior to lunch time for the boys and girls in Hogtown.

Looks like all of the individual investment houses will have their own deadline for customers to call in to tender their shares.
