In doing so, he may have, knowingly or unknowingly, been favouring the interests of certain select parties who are trying to accummulate shares. Or, he may have been trying to insulate himself from a future class action. But the message is clear, the financial performance of this company is not stabilizing anytime soon, nevermind improving.
