Anyways, the amount of cash that we will be seeing on a per share basis will obviously have to be somewhere in between the minimum $5.70 per share and the maximum $43 per share if you had chosen the cash option.

Another definite and for sure thing is that nobody here should be calling up Laurel for the answers to any questions they may have on this takeover.  It should be quite obvious by now that she probably knows less than us here if she has to refer to news releases for her answers.   How screwy is that for an Advisory Group!!!   LOL
