RE:Just curiousThe OSC won't say what the investigation is about and apparently Ben's not allowed to disclose it so we won't know how serious or minor it is until the OSC makes an announcement.

The second issue is his recent interview. Apparently the OSC wasn't happy with that due to the final prospectus not being receipted. 

I don;t think anyone knows how the OSC is going to react to either situation.
