The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Building the largest hard rock mine in Yukon

Building the largest hard rock mine in YukonThere was no better time to build a new gold mine in Yukon than it is now. And VIT is doing it.

1. Grid power - VIT has a deal in place to connect to Yukon grid. Yukon grid may not have the capacity to support another large mining operation. VIT secured the power, they are in the game.
2. Build now when the POG is consolidating and start producing when the POG is skyrocketing. Where will the POG be at the end of 2019 or in 2020? Definitely not at $1150 or $1350/oz.
3. Exploration upside - there will be exploration in 2018 (see page 17 of the March presentation). VIT has a VP of exploration, he is more than capable to run a good exploration program while everyone else is working on building the mine. VIT did not get much credit for its exploration results in 2017, however things are about to change with a producing mine by the end of 2019. Any ounces in the proximity of Eagle will be mined, they will not be just ounces on paper.,,
4. Sun Valley and Electrum were acting like they were owning the entire VIT, not just a small percentage. Respect to John for pushing forward and closing the deal, instead of being held prisoner in his own house by passive investors.
