Submit as much documentation as you can. I downloaded and submitted all my account statements with any mention of Tekmodo in them. Sent them the timeline of the company's Keystone Cops handling of the Rights Offering and then double whammo back-to-back share consolidation. I had hundreds of thousands fo shares reverse split again and again down to nothing all while the share price tanked every single day (as insiders sold their shares and free options I'm guessing!)
