RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CANNACCORDIssues frm PPs and, commissions usually has restrictions. But if someone eaves yes he can take his holdings with him or liquidate (subjct to restrictions if any). If you dont see the end of day trade report, no info behind the scenes, best not to assume. CG also clears for others. And if u see large sell or purchase volume that may have significant effect to the market, report filled in Sedar and/or IROC will halt trading until a NR.
