Free Trading Shares from Private Placement

Question:

When are the shares that were purchased through the private placement going to be free trading?

The normal hold time is 4 months.

If Private Placement price was at $0.70 cents, this may cause downward pressure on share price as PP investors take profits.

If the financing closed on January 4, 2018, am I correct in these shares being free trading on May 4, 2018?
