Hope you are right.

But the charts don't lie. The day the news came out, TIM took a nose dive to its new all time lows.

Liquidity, and the lack of, can impact a stock. But in this case, its just simply more sellers than buyers. And everyone is selling for a reason. Maybe lack of liquidity. Maybe something else.
