How do they continue to find new $$$.

How do they continue to find new $$$.PP after PP and they still find new money to come in with no news or results for the LONGS. This is an ugly sp chart. So many in at much higher prices with little hop of getting it back with so many new shareholders coming in at these levels... $ 0.09 how do you get ahead?
