don't know if he's a shorter, but what I do know is that the CEO Andrew Rae has absolutely zero going on with the co. For a business guy, most notably a m&a guy with past success...someone needs to visit corporate offices to check Mr. Rae's pulse. A valuation of a few million?? Really? Shell companies carry a higher valuation than that.
