RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:C45I would not bet against the Upper House sending back down to the Lower House with a note "please make better and address our questions and concerns". 

Imagine the carnage on all these stocks?  That would be a very nice reset indeed.  I think that's what we need to cool everything down properly and stop the over-investment we have seen in this sector?
