was just about to say the same thing. 100% agree. When you have stocks in the pennies trading 500 shares consistently throughout a day, there is clear manipulation. Most of the big trades, 10K+ have traded at the high end of the range. Those are the real trades. Probably shorts trading in small batches to settle up while maximizing their profits.
