RE:RE:RE:RE:“Brower-Piven Commences Investigation Proposed...”Clearly what is in doubt is what transpired in the 4 to 5 month prior to this negotiation that lead to this deal, there seem to be a lot of darkness around it, In my opinion HL is taking a mayor risk here as if any lawsuit is activate they are going to rightfully get hurt by it.
